Cynthia Filkoff - Principal and founder of the firm, received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in 1985. Formerly with the firm of Shope Reno Wharton Associates of Greenwich Connecticut, Ms. Filkoff left in 1992 to establish Di Biase Filkoff Architects. Ms. Filkoff is licensed to practice architecture in New York and Connecticut and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

Armand Di Biase - Principal of the firm, received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in 1982. Formerly an Associate with the firm of Matthew J. Warshaurer Architects of Hawthorne, New York, Mr. Di Biase left in 1992 to establish Di Biase Filkoff Architects. Mr. Di Biase is licensed to practice architecture in New York and Connecticut and is an active member of the American Institute of Architects.
